The time and attendance software is suitable for all types of businesses, whether small, medium, or large.
Attendance is recorded using badge or fingerprint readers, as well as virtual time stamping via the web (internet or intranet, depending on the client's needs).
The data thus collected is then processed by the management software, which can then be used to print monthly timecards.

The "timbraweb" module supports the attendance tracking program.
Employees can enter requests for vacation/leave, or any other supporting documentation, and the program will automatically send an email to their manager with the request details. The manager can then directly validate the request from the email received. Each validation or request is always followed by an email certifying its authenticity. This avoids the waste of paper and forms that these operations typically require. All entered data will be transferred via data synchronization to the attendance tracking program. The HR manager will automatically see all requests validated by their managers.

Each employee can consult the status of their time clocking and the balance for each day of the month at any time, and view the monthly timesheet prepared by the HR manager.
The program's home page displays the status of vacation and leave balances updated to the last data synchronization.

The "timbraweb attendance" module can also be purchased without the support of an attendance tracking program. From here, the HR manager or individual employees can record their absences. The main feature is that once all the data has been entered, the data can be exported directly to the payroll office, which will also receive a PDF printout and an XLS summary with the monthly summary of employee absences/attendance.
